Camping Bella Italia

Camping Bella Italia is stunningly situated on the southern end of Lake Garda and pleasantly set amongst greenery and trees. This large family campsite is a short walk away from the lovely town of Peschiera del Garda and is the ideal location for a wonderful family camping holiday.

    • Feel like a day out close by? Then head for the pleasant town of Sirmione. ( 7km) Spend a delightful afternoon by the Rocco Scaligers castle and then enjoy a lazy lunch in the cosy town centre.
    • For a fun family day out, go on a relaxing boat trip on Lake Garda and see the gorgeous surroundings from the water.
    • Instantly fall in love with Borghetto sul Mincio. A tiny village with a cosy feeling. With only a handful of houses and stone-old watermills, this pearl exudes that authentic Italian atmosphere. Wander through narrow streets and end your day perfectly at one of the riverside restaurants.
    • Culture lovers head for Verona, just a 30 minute drive away. Stand under the balcony where Romeo serenaded Juliet or visit its world famous opera house and treat yourself to the sweetest of sounds!
    • A lot further away ( 142 km) but well worth a visit, is the magnificent floating city of Venice. Take the train there for a relaxing journey and then ride a gondola on its fabulous grand canal. Stroll across the Piazza San Marco to admire the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica and explore the Doges Palace.
    • Thrill the kids with a trip to Canevaworld just 10km away. At this incredible amusement park you can head for the enormous aqua park to splash about in and whizz down gigantic water slides. Feel like a film star? Then step into Movie World full of live shows, giant film sets and stunning special effects. After a hard day of fun sit down at the themed medieval restaurant to enjoy dinner while knights joust in front of you!
    • For a more tranquil day out visit the lovely zoo and safari park in Bussolengo (21km). Amble through its delightful gardens, but beware….you might bump into a dinosaur!
    • Enjoy a good glass of wine? Then you’re in luck. The area around Verona is one of Italy’s most prolific wine growing regions. Drive out to one of the incredible vineyards and enjoy a taste of Valpolicella, Soave, Lugana, Bardolino or Custoza. Mmmm salute!
