Camping Au Bord de l'Ourthe

A charming small campsite located between rocks called 'The gate to the Ardennes'. The emphasis here is on outdoor life, actively enjoying nature with the luxury of a fully equipped tent or mobile home at the end of a busy day. Just a short distance from the campsite you'll find pretty villages, typical of this region, where you can enjoy Ardennes specialities.

The surrounding area of Au Bord de l'Ourthe

Rivage is an old mine workers' village on the banks of the Ourthe, around 20km south of Liege. The famous caves of Remouchamps are not far away, but actually the ones of Comblain-au-Pont on the opposite side of the river are even more impressive.

Surroundings

Rivage is an old mine workers' village on the banks of the Ourthe, around 20km south of Liege. The famous caves of Remouchamps are not far away, but actually the ones of Comblain-au-Pont on the opposite side of the river are even more impressive.

Some tips for your holiday at Au Bord de l'Ourthe in Rivage-Sprimont

  • This area is perfect for exploring by bike or on foot, or perhaps you could try your hand at mountaineering.
  • The campsite is only a 10 minute drive from Le Monde Sauvage, a zoo with many exotic animals.
  • Visit the old stone quarry that has all kinds of attractions, the Banneux abbey or maybe Durbuy, a pretty little village.
  • The campsite is located in front of the station in Rivage. Take the train and 3 stops later you'll be in Liege where you can shop in the Mediacite.
