Vacansoleil introduces personal client site

 

Vacansoleil Camping Holidays, European market leader in luxury self drive holidays, has introduced a personal website for their customers so they can follow their reservations. The customer can access all their holiday information and  print out their travel documents. 

The Vacansoleil personal web page has been introduced to the UK after a successful trial in Holland.  Vacansoleil customers will be sent their password to use with their client number/invoice number. This protects all customer data and only the customer can access their booking.

Customers can access their web page by logging onto www.myvacansoleil.co.uk.  It's easy to use and they will find an overview of payments and messages will appear when the travel documents are ready to print.  Travel documents will include a short route description for their chosen campsite.

Customers can also order extras to add to their booking via the My Vacansoleil personal web page such as Michelin road maps and Swiss passes.  Although travel insurance can not yet be added on the web page, it is due to be activated in the near future.  The Vacansoleil personal web page has been tailor-made for all our customers.  Customers who have booked earlier in the season will have their log-in details sent by e-mail.
