What do I need for my holiday?

Pillows and blankets are provided in all mobile homes. No pillows/blankets are provided in our bungalow Tents. You can bring our own sheets/pillow cases or rent them on most parks at receptions when checking in. For many parks it is now possible to book linen online as part of your booking. You will be given the option of adding linen the under the header "extras". Please check with us if your chosen park does in fact rent linen as some parks do not, in which case you will have to bring your own supply Tel: International calls +353 (0) 21 4272527.

What is included in my email travel documents?

Your travel documents will be emailed to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your departure. Included will be: a voucher for the campsite/ tips for your journey/useful information and the campsite satnav coordinates. You will need to print these documents and present them at the campsite reception. Failure to do this may result in a delay to your check-in. Ferry tickets will be posted to you or emailed where applicable. Your documents will also include general travel advice.

Where can I find more information about motorway passes on my way to the holiday destination?

You will find this information under the heading “tips for your journey" / on route suggestions on the website and also in your travel documents.

What travel tips do I need to know when travelling abroad?

Different traffic rules apply abroad. In order  to have a safe journey click here for more information. More information about traffic rules you can direct to the tourist office and / or embassy or the country you are travelling to.  

What are the arrival and departure times on the campsite?

The arrival time mentioned on the travel documents is the official check-in time of the campsite. The arrival hours are between 16.00 hours and 19.00 hours.
The departure hours are between 08.00 hours and 10.00 hours.

Exceptions will be noted on your travel documents. If you arrive earlier than the official check-in time your accommodation may not be ready. In this case you may be allowed to use the campsite facilities while you wait. Bear in mind that some campsite receptions close during siesta hours.

On most of the campsites it is possible to arrive later than the official check-in time. You need to inform us or the campsite if you are going to arrive later than the official check-in time. The direct telephone number of the campsite will be noted on your travel documents.
