  • Where do I check in on arrival at the campsite?

    When you arrive at the campsite go to the reception. They are very helpful and will provide you with any information you may need and will show you to your accommodation or direct you to the Vacansoleil reception tent.

  • How much tourists tax will I have to pay at the campsite?

    Once at the campsite you will have to pay tourist tax. This is a local tax that may vary from €0,70 to €1,00 per person per day.

  • How much deposit will I have to pay at the campsite?

    This is normally between €50 and €300. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay on the condition your accommodation is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. The exact amount will be stated on your travel documents. Arrival and departure times are shown on your travel documents and you should arrange for your accommodation to be checked over before you leave and within the given departure hours.

  • How much deposit will I have to pay at the campsite?

    Doorgaans ligt deze tussen de € 50,- en € 300,-. Het exacte bedrag staat in uw reispapieren. Bij vertrek binnen de reguliere vertrektijden krijgt u dit bedrag weer terug, er van uitgaande dat u uw accommodatie schoon en in goede staat heeft achtergelaten. De aankomst- en vertrektijden van de door u gereserveerde camping vindt u terug in uw reispapieren.

  • How can I pay for this deposit?

    This depends on the campsite. You can pay for the deposit in cash and in some cases with a credit card. Our operators will be happy to help you with any queries.

  • Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    To ensure your accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition when you leave the campsite. If your accommodation is not in the same condition as when you arrived, the campsite manager may decide to retain part or all of your deposit.

  • Are the campsite facilities open for the whole season?

    The main facilities such as the swimming pool are often open for the whole season. However, in low season, some facilities may not be available or may be limited. In particular, the campsite's shop and the restaurant may only be open in high season. We do state when a specific facility will be open on the campsites page. In some cases some facilities may close in the afternoon for the siesta period.

  • What are the arrival and departure times at a campsite?

    Normally arrival is usually between 15.00 and 19.00 and departure is usually between 08.00 and 10.00.

    The exact arrival and departure times will be stated in your ticket pack.

  • Are there swimming pool restrictions?

    Every campsite has its own set of rules, which must be adhered to. The swimming pool area must be kept safe and there will be a set of rules which must be obeyed. In Italy, some of the campsites state a bathing cap must be worn. In some Bermuda-style swimming shorts may not be permitted. Please be aware that the swimming pool may sometimes close in afternoons for the siesta period.   • Can I park my car next to the accommodation?

    De auto kan meestal naast de accommodatie worden geparkeerd. Wanneer dit niet mogelijk is of als hiervoor geen plaats is, staat er bij de bijzonderheden op de betreffende pagina vermeld dat u gebruik dient te maken van de centrale parkeergelegenheid. Indien u meer dan 1 auto naast de accommodatie wilt plaatsen kunt u contact opnemen met een van onze medewerkers. Wij dienen dit altijd na te vragen bij de camping. Het is mogelijk dat een camping extra kosten in rekening brengt voor een eventuele 2e of 3e auto.

  • Are barbecues allowed at the campsite?

    This is allowed at many campsites. Sometimes, the local authorities will not allow open fires, including barbecues as its classed as a fire hazzard for the surrounding area. However, in general electric and gas barbecues are permitted. You can check this on our website or ask one of our operators.

  • What language will be used for the entertainment at the campsites?

    The entertainment is normally organised by the campsite. It will be performed in the country's native language and in most cases serveral other languages. You can see information on our site. On some of the campsites Vacansoleil has its own entertainment team known as Camping Kids. It is indicated in our brochure on the campsite pages and on our website www.camping-kids.co.uk if you preferred campsite is offering Camping Kids entertainment.

  • Welke talen spreken de medewerkers op de camping?

    The campsite team is selected by Vacansoleil and they can often speak several languages. You can check the languages spoken at a campsite on the extra information section on our website, or you may ask one of our operators.

  • What language will be used for the entertainment at the campsites?

    Indien er in de gids of op de site gesproken wordt over animatie op de camping dan is dit doorgaans animatie georganiseerd door de camping zelf. Deze animatie vindt plaats in de landstaal, maar vaak ook in andere talen. Informatie hierover kunt u terugvinden op onze site. Vacansoleil heeft op enkele campings reeds een eigen animatieteam. Dit bieden wij aan onder de naam Camping Kids. U kunt in onze gids, op onze site of op www.camping-kids.nl zien of er op de camping van uw keuze ook Camping Kids zal zijn.

  • Do I have to clean my accommodation before I leave the campsite?

    Meestal worden geen kosten voor een eindschoonmaak in rekening gebracht, indien de volgende gasten de accommodatie zonder verdere tussenkomst van het lokale beheer kunnen betrekken. Indien er wel kosten zijn, worden deze vermeld in de prijstabel.
