Malgrat is just a small village on the Costa Brava, but this is where the coast road to Barcelona starts. Well-known tourist spots like Blanes, Lloret and Tossa de Mar are linked by a small inland road, but Malgrat de Mar has a good access over the coast road and the motorway as well.

Some tips for your holiday at camping Del Mar in Malgrat de Mar:

• Barcelona is well within reach, so why not go there more than once? Also the train line runs alongside the coast here and the first station is Malgrat. This train goes direct to Barcelona (about 60 km) so there's no worries about parking.
• Malgrat has a fine sandy beach and a long boulevard with lots of shops and restaurants that stretch all the way to Pineda de Mar.
