  • Near the campsite is the protected nature reserve of Gerecse, a mountain range that is between 400m and 600m high. Enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside with wildlife, birds of prey and wonderful views.
  • Hot water springs can still be found in Komarom.
  • There are various strongholds and castles situated in nearby Tata.
  • The cultural city of Budapest is only 85km away with its Royal Palace, the Archaelogical museum, the War museum and Obuda, where the origin of Budapest is explained. For the true art lover there is the Hungarian National Museum.
