  • A well shaded campsite with lots of trees.
  • To the west of the campsite you can find great hiking routes in the beautiful Fôret d'Arc.

The surrounding area of camping La Croix d'Arles, Bourg

The Champagne area, as well as the adjoining Burgundy region, are pleasant holiday destinations. As the hills here are generally not so steep, the whole family will enjoy some great bike rides. The light rolling landscape of the Saône valley becomes hillier and the wooded region of the Morvan is to the south east.

Some tips for your holiday at camping La Croix d'Arles in Bourg:
  • A few kilometres from the campsite is the fine walled city Langres with its historical city centre.
  • Near Langres, the Liez Lake offers a multitude of watersports.
  • About 65 kilometres to the south there's the city of Dijon, long time residence of the Dukes of Burgundy. Here you will find beautiful historic buildings in the city centre.
  • To the south of Dijon there are the famous wine regions of the Côte d'Or, Beaujolais and Mâconnais.
  • A trip along the Marne to the city Chaumont is also a pleasant outing.
