Camping L'Eve, St-Marc-sur-Mer

Located about a kilometre outside St-Marc-sur-Mer towards St-Nazaire is camping L'Eve. A pleasant campsite with lovely views out to sea from some parts of the site.

Why camping L'Eve?
  • The long and wide sandy beaches of Southern Brittany are nearby. From the campsite you can walk straight onto the beach via a tunnel underneath the local road.
  • The campsite has spacious, wooded pitches, which are separated from each other by small hedges.
  • During the high season there are various organised activities, and for the little ones there's a mini club.
  • There's a good range of snacks available from the restaurant, perfect after a day at the beach or in the campsite's swimming pool.


The surrounding area of camping L'Eve, St-Marc-sur-Mer

Located at the mouth of the Loire is the picturesque village St-Marc-sur-Mer, just six kilometres from the harbour port of St-Nazaire. This city was almost totally destroyed during the World War II, but which nowadays is an attractive tourist destination with lively terraces. The cranes and silo's in the harbour are lit during evenings by beautiful colours.

Some tips for your holiday at camping L'Eve in St-Marc-sur-Mer:
      • On the other side of St-Marc-sur-Mer is the pleasant town of La Baule, with its pretty fishing harbour and restaurants which invite you to sample the local seafood.
      • Nearby you will also find the historic walled city of Guérande.
      • Make sure to visit Nantes, an important city in French history, with beautiful museums and old timber framed houses dating from the 15th and 16th centuries
