Camping Oberland, Ötztal-Bahnhof

At the edge of the Ötztal there's the well-kept camping Oberland, just near the village of Haiming and in the middle of impressive mountainous countryside. Here you will find spacious pitches on flat, grassy terrain.

Why camping Oberland?
  • Children will have a great time in the playground or at the mini golf.
  • Outside the campsite there's good swimming to be had in the nearby forest pool of Haiming.
  • In the restaurant at just 100 metres from the campsite, you can enjoy a good meal for little cost - you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner here.
  • The campsite is bursting with activities and for walkers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists, it's an ideal starting point for wonderful mountain trips.


The surrounding area of camping Oberland, Ötztal-Bahnhof

The long, narrow valley of the river Inn is a remarkable and beautiful piece of Austria. The surrounding valleys like Ötztal, Kaunertal, Stubaital and Pitztal offer something special for lovers of mountain scenery. It's perfect for endless mountain walks, with or without children.

Some tips for your holiday at camping Oberland in Ötztal-Bahnhof:
  • Visit the historic town centre of Innsbruck.
  • Also interesting is the old city of Schwaz, including the famous 15th century silver mine, where you can make an excursion through the mines on a small train.
  • A marvellous family trip is a visit to the glass-blowing in Rattenberg and the Spielpark Leutasch theme park.
  • Make time to visit to the archaeological Freilichtpark, an half-hour drive from the campsite. Here you can experience how people lived 10,000 years ago.
