Campsite Soulac Plage is located in a forest, on top of a rugged cliff that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. So the first thing you should do when you arrive is sit on that bench at the edge of the cliff and simply enjoy the magnificent view. In the distance you see surfers dancing on the waves. On the beach children happily search for additions to their shell collection. And you? You will find total escape in this green oasis beside the ocean.

- There's plenty to do at this site. The animation club takes youngsters and teens through a myriad of activities. Adults have lots of action too: aqua fitness, wine tasting, bike tours - take your pick.

- Stroll around the colourful, neo-colonial villas in Soulac-sur-Mer, the UNESCO basillica and the pedestrian shopping avenue.
- The Dune du Pyla is literally a huge arttraction! It's the highest natural sand dune in Europe. If you can make it to the top, you will be rewarded with an unforgettable view.
- For a different day out, visit the market at Montelivet. Take plenty of bags, this is the biggest summer fair in Europe!
- Zouzou Parc in Soulac is a large playground cum small amusemnet park. A paradise for young children.
