A large campsite situated on the St Tropez Bay with plenty of top class facilities. Camping Prairies de la Mer is located close to the lovely Port Grimaud with its pleasant terraces and network of pretty canals. There is everything you may need here.
Why camping Prairies de la Mer?
- There's a small shop, barber, massage salon and several other shops.
- Along the beach is a wide choice of bars and restaurants.
- Join in with the organised jeu de boules events, tennis, table tennis, basketball, aqua-gym, horse riding, archery, beach volleyball, mountain bike hire and diving lessons. Enjoy a game of football on the large grassy pitch. There's something for everyone.

- A tourist train will take you to the nearby beach.
The surrounding area:
St Tropez bay has good sandy beaches, boulevards and harbours where the old fisherman's boats can hardly move because of the array of huge luxury yachts. However, this adds to the charm of the bay.
Some tips for your holiday at camping Prairies de la Mer in Port Grimaud:
- St Tropez is always lively, by day and by night, but the other cities and villages along the bay have their own character. Visit Grimaud, Cogolin or Sainte Maxime.
- When you head inland you encounter the mountains of Les Maures which offer wonderful nature and beautiful views. Enjoy the quieter villages of Plan-de-la-Tour and La Garde-Freinet with its highly situated fortress.
