What a treat - fresh ocean air! At campsite Les Menhirs you can hear the waves breaking onto the beach. Just 300 strides and you're on one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in Brittany. Searching for shells, building sandcastles, and then back to the campsite for more fun. Up to the water park where the entertainment crew has organised all sorts of things. What a nice campsite and what a lovely place.
Why camping Les Menhirs?
- Les Menhirs is a fine family campsite set in a sheltered bay. An ideal holiday spot for families with young children. Blue flags flutter beside the magnificent beach that is just 300m away.
- There's plenty of water fun to be had here. A large outdoor pool, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor children's pools and a sun terrace. Plus 2 giant waterslides - always the children's favourites. All pools are heated too!
- Children will love the large playground plus the chance to ride a pony. They'll have a great time at the kids club (high season only) trying out crafts, going on treasure hunts and lots more. There is also a separate toddlers' play room.
- Just for adults: spa, sauna, hot tubs, fitness room. Perfect for a spot of total relaxation or some quality 'me time'
- Enjoy a good meal in the cosy restaurant. You know what they say about French cuisine.
- Plus: multi sports area, tennis, petanque, late night entertainment.

Campsite Les Menhirs is located in southern Brittany, in a sheltered spot in the bay of Quiberon. It's a 5-minute walk to the centre of Carnac, a bustling Breton seaside town with pretty streets, beautiful beaches and mysterious menhirs.
Some tips for your holiday at camping Les Menhirs in Carnac:
- The 2792 menhirs of Carnac are world famous. The comic book character Obelix likes to toss them like a caber. You'll find them everywhere. Take a tour of the fields and pay a visit to the prehistoric museum to find out more about them.
- Head to the beach for a spot of sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing. This area is the perfect for it.
- Visit the nearby towns like St. Goustan and Vannes. Stroll around the charming harbours and historic squares, or simply people watch from one of the terraces.
- The coastline here, with all its beautiful bays, is an attraction in itself. Be amazed by the view of the Gulf de Morbihan, a beautiful inland sea with islands.
