Important information
How much deposit will I have to pay at the campsite?This is normally between € 50 and € 300. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay on the condition your accommodation is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. The amount will be stated on your travel documents. Arrival and departure times are shown on your travel documents and you should arrange for your accommodation to be checked over before you leave and within the given departure hours.

Final cleaningYour security deposit will be returned to you when you leave, after the campsite staff have checked your accomodation. Your accomodation should be left as you found it, in a clean and tidy state. Certain accomodation has a special cleaning fee but this is noted in the price panel for the campsite if relevant. |
How can I make a payment?
Once you have made a booking you will be asked for a deposit which can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque. Ten weeks prior to the start of your holiday you will receive a reminder for the final payment, which is due eight weeks before departure. If you book within 10 weeks before the start of your holiday we will need the full amount. You can pay via internet banking, cheque, debit card, credit card, cash deposit at your bank or a cash deposit at our office.

PetsEach campsite page shows details of whether or not pets are allowed in your holiday accommodation. You will see all information in the 'special remarks' section just after the campsite description. This will include costs, exceptions and if campsites ask money for final cleaning. A number of campsites only allow pets in low season. In some mobile homes pets are not allowed. In a Vacansoleil tent pets are absolutely prohibited.If you book a pitch for your own tent or caravan you are usually allowed to bring your pet. You see the prices in the price schedule. When going abroad a valid identity for a dog is obligated.

Garden furnitureEvery Vacansoleil accommodation is supplied with a comfortable set of garden furniture and a colourful parasol. The standard equipment of each mobile home is a garden table with six chairs, four fixed and two adjustable. The tents have the same garden set, plus an extra table (for indoor or outdoor use). Some campsites offer extra loungers with the accommodation. If so, this will be mentioned in the price panel.
